Demon Vision is proud to announce the June 2006 release of 'T. REX ON TV - A T. REX COMPENDIUM', the first "official" archive DVD to compile a collection of Marc Bolan and T. Rex's quintessential television appearances on French, German and UK television pop programmes throughout the seventies. This fascinating, must-have three-and-a-half-hour music archive DVD showcases five different sections that can be easily accessed in any running order. Highlights include the definitive 56-minute documentary "DANDY IN THE UNDERWORLD", '"IT'S ABOUT ME REALLY.." - INTERVIEWS AND MUSIC' centers on the 25 minute "Music In The Round" programme recorded in late 1971, "TEN GREATEST HITS" features rarely-seen performances of T. Rex's most successful singles from 1971-1974 on various French, German and British television pop shows. The "SUPERSONIC" section features over 50 minutes worth of ultra-rare clips from the fondly-remembered mid-seventies pop show and "BOLAN '77" rounds up seven songs from the Granada series "MARC" that Bolan had just finished recording when he passed away. |
